05 Nov Low Carb Keto Buns
These are the best Keto Buns! They are firm enough for burgers but not too dense so you can use them with butter at dinner when you just need to have bread!
- 1.5 Cups Almond Flour
- 4 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Xantham Gun (optional)
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 6 tbsp Melted Butter
- 6 Large Eggs
Heat the oven to 375 F
Combine the eggs and melted butter in a stand mixer until blended together.
In a separate bowl combine all of the dry ingredients.
Pour the dry ingredients into the egg in the stand mixer and blend on low until smooth.
Spray a biscuit pan making sure you get the sides and bottom.
Pour the batter evenly into six potions.
Bake for 15-20 minutes (mine were done in 18) until tops are lightly brown and a toothpick in the center comes out dry.
Cool for 15 minutes then remove from pan. Store in an airtight container or a plastic storage bag up to 2 days or refrigerate up to 5 days.
